The criminal procedure that takes place against minors and the measures and punishments imposed on minors

On March 14, 2024, the Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the Training on "Criminal proceedings against minors and the measures and punishments imposed on minors".

Trainers engaged in this activity are: Mrs. Albina Rama - President, Basic Court in Pristina and Mr. Shpëtim Peci - prosecutor in the Mitrovica Basic Prosecutor's Office.

Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge regarding involvement of minors in criminal activities, namely their antisocial behaviors which are previously foreseen by legal-penal norms as criminal offenses, obliges the justice bodies to apply criminal sanctions to theirs.

The training methodology is of a combined character with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions, also presenting practical cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are: Juvenile judges, juvenile prosecutors, and officials from the Probation Service.
