• Designing trainings where trainers will be introduced to the methods of designing trainings, taking into account the specific needs of the audience and the challenges that may arise during their development;
• Participant engagement, and techniques for active participant engagement, another equally important method that includes the use of effective discussion facilitation methods,
• The importance of training evaluation and the ability to provide constructive criticism, which helps in the continuous improvement of the learning process.
Another important part of the training is the opportunity for participants to develop their skills through presentations and receive constructive feedback from instructors and colleagues, which helps strengthen practical skills and improve performance.
