Training on management skills and leadership

Academy of Justice in cooperation with the US Embassy OPDAT Program conducted training on Management skills and leadership. Purpose of this training was to develop and enhance the participant’s skills on management, involving the case management, the staff management, management of prosecutors and chief prosecutors. Participants had the opportunity to hear different experiences of leadership from the US expert Ms. Meghan Morrisey, who shared her management experience in the US Attorney’s Office in Northern District of Illinois, the forms of management, delegation of duties, supervision and reporting. During the training, participants worked in groups, simulating management forms, specifically management of prosecutors by the chief prosecutors. Beneficiaries of this training were acting Chief State Prosecutor, Chief prosecutors from the SPRK, the Basic Prosecution, Administrators and other managing staff from prosecution offices.
