Advanced mediation trainings

During 22-24 November 2024, the Justice Academy in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice, respectively the Chamber of Mediators and INL/FMCS, within the Continuous Training Program, are conducting advanced trainings for mediators.

Trainers engaged during these three days will be: Mr. Adnan Konushevci, Judge at the Appeals Court, Mr. Gëzim Shala, Senior Researcher at the Kosovo Institute for Law, Mr. Agim Maliqi, Judge at the Supreme Court, Ms. Njomëza Zejnullahu Ahmeti, lawyer, Mr. Faton Ademi Judge at the Appeals Court, and Ms. Hasie Abudullahu- Hajdini - Head of Component 2 - USAID Commercial Justice Project.

The purpose of these trainings is to provide licensed mediators with advanced and refreshing knowledge about the mediation procedure, in the family, criminal, commercial and property fields.

The training methodology is of a combined nature with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions, also presenting practical cases.

The beneficiaries of these trainings are licensed mediators in the Republic of Kosovo.
