Application of the Most Favorable Law; Grounds for Exclusion of Unlawfulness; Special Part of Criminal Law and Criminal Offenses against Sexual Integrity

On December 12, 2024, the Justice Academy, within the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the Basic Module training for professional associates and legal officers in the criminal field on the topic "Application of the Most Favorable Law, Grounds for Exclusion of unlawfulness, Special Part of Criminal Law and Criminal Offenses against Sexual Integrity.

The trainers engaged in this training are: Mr. Afrim Shala, judge at the Supreme Court of Kosovo and Mr. Shkelzen Ibrahimi, prosecutor at the Appellate Prosecution Office.

Purpose of this training is to advance the participants knowledge regarding important topics in the field of criminal law with special emphasis on the Application of the Most Favorable Law, the Causes of Exception of unlawfulness, the Special Part of Criminal Law and Criminal Offenses against Sexual Integrity.

The applied methodology applied was of a combined nature, with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.

Beneficiaries of this training are Professional Associates and Legal Officers from Courts and Prosecution Offices from all Regions of Kosovo.
