Professional Ethics for Judges
On October 14, 2025, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program and in cooperation with the OSCE, is conducting a training on the topic “Professional Ethics.”
The trainers engaged in this activity are Mr. Lumni Sallauka, Judge of the Supreme Court of Kosovo, and Mr. David G. Campbell, senior United States district judge.
The main objective of this training is to promote the development of a transparent, fair, and professional judicial system, where judges act with integrity, impartiality, and accountability, ensuring equal treatment for all citizens.
The training methodology combines lectures, interactive discussions, and case-based presentations, allowing participants to exchange experiences and address practical challenges related to ethical decision-making in the judiciary.
The beneficiaries of this training are judges from the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals, and the Basic Courts from all regions of the Republic of Kosovo.
