Application of the most favorable law, exclusion of unlawfulness, the special part of the Criminal Law, and Crimes against sexual integrity

On September 24 2026, Academy of Justice under the Continuous Training program is conducting the training from the Basic Module for professional associates and legal officers in the criminal law area on the following topic “Application of the most favorable law, exclusion of unlawfulness, the special part of the Criminal Law, and Crimes against sexual integrity”. Trainers engaged in this activity are Mr. Afrim Shala judges of the Supreme Court of Kosovo and Mr. Shkelzen Ibrahimi prosecutors in the Appeals Prosecution Office. Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge on important topics of the criminal law, with particular emphasis on Application of the most favorable law, exclusion of unlawfulness, the special part of the Criminal Law, and Crimes against sexual integrity. The training methodology is combination of theoretical presentation and interactive discussions. Beneficiaries of the training are professional associates and legal officers of Courts and Prosecution offices from all regions of Kosovo.
