Integrity and Code of Ethics Training

On May 25, 2026, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of its Continuous Training Program, is conducting a training session for prosecutorial administrative staff on the topic: “Integrity and Code of Ethics.”

The session is being led by Mr. Besim Kelmendi, Prosecutor at the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor.

The objective of this training is to strengthen the quality of professional performance within the prosecutorial administration by ensuring the effective application of ethical principles and standards outlined in the Code of Ethics.

These include:

  • Professionalism
  • Workplace discipline
  • Impartiality and independence
  • Confidentiality
  • Avoidance of conflicts of interest and inappropriate behavior
  • Honesty and accountability

The training will employ diverse methodologies such. as interactive discussions, group work, and case studies drawn from practice, ensuring participants gain both theoretical and practical insights.

Beneficiaries of the training are prosecutorial administrative staff.
