Loan Contracts

On June 25, 2026, the Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the training on “Loan Contracts.”

Trainer engaged in this activity is Mr. Mahir Tutuli, President of the Commercial Court.

The purpose of this training is to provide specialized knowledge during the implementation and interpretation of contractual provisions. Therefore, specific expertise is required, not only legal but also from the fields covered by these contracts.

Training methodology: Theoretical treatment of specific contracts, presentation of hypothetical cases and concrete cases from judicial practice—all aimed at addressing dilemmas and uncertainties that arise in judicial practice.

Beneficiaries of this training are judges and professional associates of the Commercial Court.
