Cybercrime
On June 9-10, 2026, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with the Council of Europe, the CYBERKOP project, within the Continuous Training Program, are conducting the training on “Cybercrime”.
The trainers engaged in this event are Mr. Skender Çoçaj, judge at the Court of Appeal, Mr. Fadil Abdyli, Head of the Cybercrime Investigations Sector, Mr. Jan Kerkhofs, federal prosecutor in Belgium and Ms. Hania El Helweh, judge in Lebanon.
The purpose of the training is to advance the participant’s knowledge on the basis of Cybercrime, with a focus on electronic evidence and its management based on the Budapest Convention and its additional protocols.
The training methodology is combined through lectures, exercises and discussions as well as through concrete cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are: judges, prosecutors and investigators from the Kosovo Police Inspectorate.
