Memorandum of Cooperation between the Academy of Justice, Ministry of Justice and the Kosovo Chamber of Mediators

Today, February 7th 2024, the Academy of Justice, the Ministry of Justice and Kosovo Chamber of Mediators signed a Memorandum of Cooperation which aims to define the duties and responsibilities of the signatory parties, in providing ongoing (refresher) training for mediators licensed in the Republic of Kosovo, and equipping mediators with advanced knowledge to carry out mediation in accordance with the legislation in force.
