Module: Security Measures for the Presence of the Defendant

During June 2nd to 17th 2025, in nonconsecutive days, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Program for newly appointed prosecutors – generation eleven, conducted three theoretical training sessions from the module on "Security Measures for the Presence of the Defendant" under the curriculum scope on "Criminal Procedure Code".

This module was delivered by the trainer Mr. Zyhdi Haziri, Judge at the Court of Appeals.

This module covers the following: Summons, Arrest Warrant and the defendant's promise not to leave the place of residence, the defendant's prohibition from approaching a certain place and certain persons, the defendant's obligation to appear at the nearest police station and bail, arrest and detention (two sessions).

The training methodology was developed using an interactive discussions method and based on practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed prosecutors 2025/2026.
