Module: Search and Confiscation

On June 17, and July 08, 14, and 15 2025, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors of the eleventh generation, conducted four-session theoretical training from the module on Search and Confiscation under the scope of the curriculum on the Criminal Procedure Code. This module was delivered by the trainer Mr. Shqipdon Fazliu, Prosecutor at the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor.

This module covered the following: Provisions of the CPC regarding confiscation and sequestration; provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code; the Law on extended powers of confiscation; Cases from domestic and international practice; the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights.

The training methodology used an interactive discussions method and based on practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed prosecutors 2025/2026.
