Module: Cybercrime

On June 18–19, 2026, within the framework of the Initial Training Program for Newly Appointed Judges of the fifteenth generation, two theoretical training sessions were delivered from the module “Cybercrime”, part of the Criminal Code of Kosovo curriculum.

This module was conducted by Mr. Skender Çoçaj, Judge at the Court of Appeal.

Topics Addressed in this training are: Fundamental concepts of international cooperation in criminal matters, and the Law on Preventing and Combating Cybercrime.

Training Methodology during these sessions used an interactive approach, enriched with practical case studies to ensure participants could connect theory with judicial practice.

Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges (generation 2026/2027).
