Module: Cybercrime

During April 10 to 15th and on April 22nd 2025, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors - the eleventh generation, has conducted a four-session training from the module on Cybercrime which is under the scope of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo Curriculum.

This module is carried out by the trainer Ms. Laura Pula, Prosecutor in the Chief State Prosecutor’s Office.

This module covers the following: The cybercrime, the Budapest Convention and Additional Protocols, cybercrimes, prosecution procedure and electronic evidence.

The training methodology was interactive discussions based on practical cases.
