Module: Law on Minor Offences
On July 21–24, 2026, the Academy of Justice, under the Initial Program for newly appointed judges of the fifteenth generation, conducted four theoretical training sessions from the module “Law on Minor Offences” within the framework of the curriculum “Legislation and Complementary Skills”.
The module was delivered by Mr. Ramiz Kuqi, trainer at the Academy of Justice.
This module covered the following topics:
- Minor offences; Minor offence procedure and judgment;
- Bodies authorized to submit requests for the development of minor offence proceedings;
- Judgments, rulings, and legal remedies;
- Initiation and development of minor offence proceedings.
The training methodology was designed using interactive approaches and practical case studies.
The beneficiaries of the training were 19 newly appointed judges, generation XIV, 2025/2026.
