Module – Protection from discrimination

April 24-25 2025, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges of the thirteenth generation is conducting the theoretical training from the module on Protection from discrimination, with trainer Mr. Ramush Bardiqi judge in the Appeals Court.

This module is covering the following: Basis and forms of manifestation from discrimination according to the Anti-Discrimination Law, and basis of discrimination. Training methodology is interactive and case-based.

Beneficiaries of this training are 21 newly appointed judges including one member of the Serbian community (generation 2025/2026).
