Module – Protection Against Discrimination

On November 26–27, 2025, within the framework of the Initial Training Program of the Academy of Justice for the fourteenth generation of newly appointed judges, two theoretical training sessions are being delivered under the module “Protection Against Discrimination.”

These sessions form part of the curriculum “Legislation and Complementary Skills” and are conducted with the support of Mr. Ramush Bardiqi, Judge at the Court of Appeal.

This module addresses the following topics: The grounds and forms of discrimination as defined by the Law on Protection from Discrimination (LPD); The legal bases of discriminatory practices.

The training is being conducted through an interactive methodology and the use of practical case examples.

The beneficiaries of this training are 20 newly appointed judges for the 2025/2026 program year.
