Module: Mediation in Civil Matters

On September 09-12, 2025, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Program for newly appointed judges of the thirteenth generation, conducted two theoretical training sessions from the module on "Mediation in Civil Matters" under the curriculum scope on "Legislation and Complementary Skills". This module was delivered by the trainer Mr. Ramiz Kuqi, judge at the Court of Appeal.

This module addressed the following aspects: Mediation Agreement, and Mediation as an Alternative Dispute Resolution Method.

The training methodology used an interactive discussions method based on practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed judges, including one member from the Serbian community, 2025/2026.
