Module: Enforcement Procedure

During July 22-29 2025, Academy of Justice, under its Initial Training Program, for newly appointed judges of the thirteenth generation, conducted six sessions of theoretical training from the module on the Enforcement Procedure, under the curriculum scope on the Civil, Administrative and Commercial Laws. This module was delivered by the trainer Mr. Adnan Konushevci, judge at the Appellate Court.

This module covered the following: Initiation of the enforcement procedure; legal basis for determining enforcement; the object and implementation of enforcement; legal remedies in the enforcement procedure; employee return to work and the procedure for receiving the child's handover; enforcement through bank accounts-unification of acts; enforcement procedure based on the enforcement document-mortgage contract.

The training methodology used an interactive discussions and case-based.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed judges including one member from the Serbian community, 2025/2026.
