Module: Enforcement Procedure
From June 26–30 and July 1–3, 2026, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Program for newly appointed judges of the fourteenth generation, conducted six sessions of theoretical training from the module “Enforcement Procedure” under the curriculum “Civil, Administrative and Commercial Laws.”
This module was delivered by the trainer Mr. Adnan Konushevci, Judge at the Court of Appeal.
This module covered the following topics:
- Initiation of the enforcement procedure
- Legal bases for determining enforcement
- Means, object, and implementation of enforcement
- Legal remedies in the enforcement procedure,
- Return of the employee to work and the procedure for child handover,
- Enforcement through bank accounts and unification of acts,
- Enforcement procedure based on the enforcement document, including mortgage contracts.
The training methodology was interactive and case based, ensuring practical application of theoretical knowledge.
Beneficiaries of the training are 19 newly appointed judges of Generation XIV (2025/2026).
