Module: Alternative Procedures

July 11 to 14 2025, Academy of Justice within its Initial training program for newly appointed judges of the thirteenth generation, conducted two theoretical sessions from the Alternative Procedures module, under the curriculum scope on the Criminal Procedure Code.

This module was delivered by the trainer Mr. Kujtim Munishi, Prosecutor at the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Pristina.

This module addressed the following: Diversion and mediation, as well as the and plea bargaining.

The training methodology used an interactive discussions method based on practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed judges including one member from the Serbian community, 2025/2026.
