Module: Alternative Procedures

On 16 and 17 July 2026, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the fifteenth generation, conducted two theoretical sessions of the module “Alternative Procedures” under the curriculum “Criminal Procedure Code”.

The sessions were delivered by Mr. Kujtim Munishi, Prosecutor at the Appeals Prosecutor’s Office.

The module addressed the following topics: Diversion and mediation; as well as the plea bargaining.

The methodology was designed to be interactive and case-based, ensuring practical engagement and application of knowledge.

The training was attended by 18 newly appointed judges of the generation 2026/2027.
