Module: Evidence in criminal procedure; Fourth session: search, examination, international requests, evidence and admissibility

On July 3, 2024, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, conducted the theoretical training from the module on “Evidence in criminal procedure” that is delivered by the trainer Mr. Burim Ademi, judge at the Appeals Court.

The topics that are being addressed in this session are: search, examination and reconstruction, international requests or evidence obtained abroad, admissible evidence and their evaluation.

The training methodology is applying practical cases divided into two groups and interactivity.

Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
