Module: Alternative procedures; Session two: Conditions where prosecution is not mandatory

On July 3, 2024, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, conducted the theoretical training from the "Alternative Procedures" module that is held by the trainer Mr. Kujtim Munishi, prosecutor in the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Pristina.

This session is covering the following: the conditions when the prosecution is not mandatory and when the state prosecutor is not obliged to start the criminal prosecution or can waive the prosecution.

The training methodology is applying practical cases and the interactive discussions method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
