Module – Special procedures under the CPC; Third session: Punitive orders

On July 2, 2024, the Academy of Justice within its Initial Training program for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is conducting the theoretical training from the module on "Special Procedures according to the CPC" with trainer Mr. Skender Çoçaj, Judge in the Appeals Court.

This session is elaborating on the topics below: the request for the issuance of a punitive order, the treatment by means of compulsory rehabilitation of persons addicted to drugs or alcohol, the imposition of the measure for compulsory rehabilitation treatment and the supervision of compulsory rehabilitation treatment by court.

The training methodology is implementing practical cases and interactive discussions method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
