Bankruptcy Procedure Training

On March 9–10, 2026, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of its Continuous Training Program, is conducting a training session on “Bankruptcy Procedure.”

The trainers leading this program are Mr. Mahir Tutuli, President of the Commercial Court; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Njomëza Zejnullahu, Expert. The objective of this training is to strengthen the professional capacities of commercial judges in the field of bankruptcy, fostering advanced judicial practice aligned with international best standards.

An interactive learning methodology will be applied, combining lectures, practical exercises, discussions, and analysis of real judicial cases. Special emphasis will be placed on methods for delivering well-reasoned decisions in concrete cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are judges and professional associates of the Commercial Court.
