THE OUT CONTENTIOUS PROCEDURE

On May 7, 2024, the Academy of Justice, within the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the roundtable on the "Out contentious Procedure" panel. The panelists engaged in this table are the judges from the Appeals Court: Mr. Arsim Hamzaj, Mr. Bujar Muzaqi and Mr. Burim Shala. The purpose of this table is to advance the knowledge of the participants by dealing with and addressing the issues of judicial practice related to the implementation of the provisions of the non-contentious procedure. The roundtable is conducting interactive discussion, presentation of issues through cases, discussion of cases and summary of conclusions on the discussed issue. Beneficiaries of this table are: Judges from the Appeals Court and judges from the Basic Courts.
