Communication skills

On June 7, 2024, the Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the training on the Communication Skills.

Engaged trainer is: Mrs. Anita Kosumi, HR expert.

The focus of this training is on writing and speaking skills, non-verbal language, key messages, confidence, empathy, skills in cases of crisis, in cases where information is missing or when misinformation is published, etc.

The training methodology is combined with theoretical explanations, interactive discussions and group exercises.

Beneficiaries of this training are: information and media monitoring officials from courts and prosecution offices.
