Academy of Justice Attends the IARMJ European Chapter Conference in Paris

October 7 to 9, 2026 - At the invitation and with the support of the UNHCR Representation for Central and South-East Europe, Kosovo Office, the Executive Director of the Academy of Justice, Mr. Enver Fejzullahu, Ms. Delushe Halimi, Judge of the Supreme Court of Kosovo, and Mr. Rexhep Gashi, Judge of the Administrative Court of Kosovo, are participating in the European Chapter Conference of the International Association of Refugee and Migration Judges (IARMJ), held in Paris and Montreuil, France. The conference, titled “Judging Asylum and Immigration in a New Era: Between Policy and the Rule of Law,” brings together judges and legal experts from across Europe to discuss recent developments in asylum and migration law, European judicial standards, and re7levant case law of the European courts. The conference also provides an opportunity to exchange judicial experiences, strengthen international cooperation, and explore developments relevant to judicial training in Kosovo.
