The meeting was chaired by Mr. Enver Fejzullahu, Executive Director of the Academy of Justice. The CLDP delegation included Mr. Levi Latoz, International Program Specialist, CLDP, Mr. Zmarak Khan, Deputy Chief, Office of the General Counsel, U.S. Department of Commerce, Mrs. Cristen Bauer, Director for External Affairs, Institute of Accredited Arbitrators, Mr. Matthew Drossos, Partner, White & Case, Ms. Laura Bajrushi, Political Advisor, U.S. Embassy in Pristina.

From the Academy of Justice, in addition to the Executive Director, participants included Ms. Melihate Rama, Head of the Continuous Training Division, Ms. Luljetë Hetemi, Head of the Research and Publications Division and Ms. Isabelle Sistino, intern from William & Mary Law School.
