Application of diversity measures, challenges and obstacles in implementation

On March 28, 2023, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with EULEX within the Continuous Training Program are conducting the workshop on "Application of diversity measures, challenges and obstacles in implementation".

Trainers engaged in this workshop are: Mr. Shpëtim Peci, prosecutor in the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Mitrovica and Mr. Ramadan Gashi, Permanent Trainer at the Academy of Justice.

The purpose of this workshop is to advance the knowledge of the participants regarding the legal framework for setting diversity measures.

The methodology of the workshop is of a combined character with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions, presenting also practical cases.

Beneficiaries of this workshop are: Prosecutors from the Juvenile Department, judges from the basic level and the appeal level, professional associates, police officers and representatives from the Probation Service of Kosovo.
