Trial Advocacy skills (Articulation and Support of Indictments/ Judicial Decisions) - Legal Writing

On September 25-26, 2025, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with the OSCE under the framework of Continuous Training Program, is conducting the training on the topic "Articulation and Support of Indictments/Judicial Decisions - Legal Writing".

The trainers engaged in this activity are Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, judge at the Supreme Court and Mr. Valdet Gashi, prosecutor at the Special Prosecution Office of Kosovo.

Purpose of this training is to provide detailed explanations on the importance of legal writing, the features that make it sustainable, such as clarity, accuracy, conciseness and the analytical component.

The training methodology will be conducted through interactive discussions, treatment and presentation of cases from judicial practice and group work.

Beneficiaries of this training are judges and prosecutors from the basic instance.
