Fundamental Aspects of the EU Law

During 27-28 May 2025, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with EIPA, within the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the online training on “Fundamental Aspects of the EU Law”.

The trainers engaged in this activity are: Ms. Christiane Lamesch, Manager, Department for Program Organization and Dr. Carlos Santalo Goris, Permanent Expert at EIPA, Doctoral Candidate at the University of Luxembourg.

Purpose of this training is to advance the participants’ knowledge of the EU legal order with a particular focus on the relationship between EU Law and the domestic Law, as well as the role of national authorities in ensuring compliance with EU standards.

The training methodology is combined through the interactive method of discussions and elaboration of cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are judges from the Court of Appeal, Basic Courts as well as judges from Moldova.
