Judicial and Law Enforcement Cooperation in Criminal Matters

March 25, 2025, the Academy of Justice, within the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the training on Judicial and Law Enforcement Cooperation in Criminal Matters.

Trainers engaged in this activity are: Mr. Hajredin Kuqi, professor at the Faculty of Law at the University of Pristina, Mr. Drini Grazhdani, expert.

Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge on the matter placing a special attention on explaining the difference between mutual legal assistance and mutual recognition.

The training methodology is using partial theoretical explanations and cases from judicial practice, interactive discussions and analysis of court cases.

Beneficiaries are judges and prosecutors from the Basic instance.
