Judicial and Law Enforcement Cooperation in Criminal Matters

On June 18, 2026, the Academy of Justice, within the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the training on the topic “Judicial and Law Enforcement Cooperation in Criminal Matters”.

The trainers engaged in this activity are Mr. Gazmend Çitaku, Director of the HR Department at the Ministry of Justice and Mr. Drini Grazhdani, Expert.

The purpose of the Training is to advance knowledge regarding the criminal law of the European Union, the mechanisms of judicial cooperation in criminal matters, the main legal instruments of the EU and the role of judges and prosecutors in their implementation and interpretation in accordance with the case law of the Court of Justice of the EU.

The training methodology is of a combined nature with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions, also presenting practical cases.

Beneficiaries are judges, prosecutors from the basic instance, professional associates and officials from the Kosovo Police Inspectorate.
