Judicial Cooperation in Civil and Commercial Matters

On September 15, 2026, the Academy of Justice is conducting a training session titled "Judicial Cooperation in Civil and Commercial Matters" as part of its Continuous Training Program.

The designated trainer is Ms. Donikë Qerimi, a lecturer at the Department of International Law, University of Pristina.

The aim of this training is to enhance participants' knowledge regarding the evolution of the institutional and decision-making framework of the EU civil law sector, as well as the legal instruments currently in force for the approximation and harmonization of EU civil laws.

A combination of instructional methods was employed during the training - including interactive discussions, case-based presentations, case analysis, and the summary of conclusions - to ensure the training's objectives were fully met.

The beneficiaries of this training were judges and professional associates.
