International legal cooperation in civil matters

On October 12-13, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program in cooperation with GIZ, is conducting the Training on International legal cooperation in civil matters.

Trainers engaged in this activity are: Mrs. Donike Qerimi, Lecturer at the Department of International Law, University of Pristina, Mr. Gazmend Çitaku, Director of the ILC Department in the Ministry of Justice.

The purpose of this training is to advance the participants knowledge on the topic of international legal cooperation in the civil field.

The training methodology is of a combined character with theoretical presentations and interactive discussions, also presenting practical cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges from the Special Chamber of the Supreme Court, Judges of Basic and Appeal Courts, as well as officials from the Ministry of Justice for international legal cooperation department.
