Capacity of perpetrators – definition of the official person, and the Punitive policy for crimes of corruption

May 4th 2023, Academy of Justice in cooperation with SAEK, within its Continuous Training program is conducting a training from the Induction Module for professional associates and legal officers, on the following topic: Capacity of perpetrators – definition of the official person, and the Punitive policy for crimes of corruption.

Trainers engaged for this activity are Mr. Burim Ademi judge in the Appeals Court, and Mr. Arian Gashi Prosecutors in the Appeals Prosecution.

Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge on the Punitive Policy for crimes of Corruption.

The applied training methodology is combination of the theoretical explanation and interactive discussions.

Beneficiaries of this training are professional associates and legal officers from all courts and prosecution offices of Kosovo.
