Protected witnesses, pleas bargaining agreement and cooperative witnesses

February 2 2024, Academy of Justice in cooperation with the US-DOJ/ OPDAT, within its Continuous Training Program is conducting a training on “Protected witnesses, plea bargaining agreement and cooperative witnesses”.

Trainer engaged for this activity are Mr. John Hanley Resident Legal Advisor in the US Embassy in Kosovo, Mr. Ali Kutllovci judge in basic Court in Mitrovica, and Mr. Agron Qalaj prosecutors in the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor.

Purpose of this training is wo extend the participants knowledge on the judicial practice and dilemmas on how to handle cases of protected witnesses and injured parties.

Training methodology is of a combined nature with theoretical presentations and interactive discussions through practical cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are judges and prosecutors.
