Discrimination, with a Focus on Anti-Gypsyism

On October 15, 2025, the Academy of Justice, in cooperation with the NGO Terre des Hommes, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, conducted a training on the topic “Discrimination, with a Focus on Anti-Gypsyism.”

The trainer engaged in this activity was Mr. Bedri Bahtiri, Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Prishtina.

The purpose of the training was to enhance participants’ knowledge regarding the national and international legal framework against discrimination, with particular emphasis on combating anti-Gypsyism.

The training methodology was of a combined nature, including theoretical explanations and interactive discussions to encourage active participation and practical understanding.

The beneficiaries of this training were judges, prosecutors, professional associates, legal officers, and a student from the Faculty of Law.
