Reliable Documents as a Legal Basis for Enforcement Determination, Recording, and Costs
On December 4, 2025, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of its Continuous Training Program and in cooperation with the Chamber of Private Bailiffs of Kosovo, organized a roundtable discussion on the topic “Reliable Documents as a Legal Basis for the Determination of Enforcement, the Recording of Enforcement by the Enforcement Body, and Enforcement Costs.”
The panel comprised of Mr. Qerim Ademaj, Judge at the Supreme Court, and Mr. Mejdi Reshani, Private Bailiff. The aim of this roundtable is to strengthen the legal framework in the field of enforcement procedures by clarifying the legal foundations and applicable practices.
The methodology combined theoretical and practical approaches, including lectures, interactive discussions, and the use of hypothetical case studies.
The beneficiaries of this roundtable are judges from the Commercial and Basic Courts, as well as private bailiffs.
