Submission of court documents

On April 07, 2025, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, is conducting a training on: "Submission of court documents".

The trainer engaged in this training is: Mr. Skender Çoçaj - Judge of the Court of Appeal.

The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of the participants with the KJC Guide for the submission of documents, the general rules, the initial actions for the submission of documents to the party/recipient of the document, the procedural actions of the submitter during the submission of the document to the party/recipient of the document and the return of the documents to the Court.

The methodology applied was of a combined nature, with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.

The beneficiaries of this training are: Sector Supervisor for Reception, Registration, Delivery and Management, Sector Supervisor for Execution, Archiving and Statistics, Delivery.
