Law on obligations

On June 5, 2024, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with GIZ, within the Continuous Training Program, are carrying out the training from the Basic Module for professional associates and legal officers in the civil field on the topic the Law on Obligations.

Trainers engaged in this activity are: Mr. Valon Totaj, President of the Appeals Court and Mr. Arsim Hamzaj, judge at the Appeals Court.

The purpose of this training is to advance the participants knowledge on the Contracts and their interpretation as well as judicial protection in disputes from the employment relationship according to the Labor Law.

The applied methodology was of a combined character, with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.

Beneficiaries of this training are: Professional associates, legal officers from all courts of Kosovo - Civil division, officials from the Free Legal Aid Agency and officials from NGO’s.
