Labor Law and Law on Obligations

On December 2, 2025, the Academy of Justice, in cooperation with GIZ and within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, conducted a Basic Module training for professional associates and legal officers in the civil field on the topic “Labor Law and Law of Obligations.”

The training was delivered by Mr. Valon Totaj, President of the Court of Appeal.

The objective of this program is to enhance participants’ knowledge of contracts, their interpretation, and judicial protection in employment-related disputes under the Labor Law.

The methodology combines theoretical instruction with interactive discussions, ensuring both conceptual understanding and practical engagement.

The training is designed for professional associates and legal officers from all civil divisions of Kosovo’s courts, as well as officers from the Free Legal Aid Agency and representatives of NGOs.
