Inheritance law and family law

On May 30 - 31, 2023, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with UNDP, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, are conducting training from the Basic Module for professional associates and legal officers on the topic "Inheritance and Family Law".

Trainers engaged in this activity are: Zenel Leku, judge at the Supreme Court of Kosovo and Mr. Valon Totaj, President of the Court of Appeal.

The purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge regarding the legal provisions for the division of Inheritance as well as the Family Law.

The applied methodology is of a combined character, with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.

Beneficiaries of this training are: Professional associates, legal officers from all courts who work in the civil field.
