Inheritance Law and Property Law

On December 2, 2024, the Justice Academy, within the Continuous Training Program, is conducting training from the Basic Module for professional associates and legal officers on the civil law area, on the topic "the Inheritance Law and the Property Law".

The trainers engaged in this activity are Mr. Rrustem Thaçi, Supreme Court of the Republic of Kosovo, and Mr. Faton Ademi, judge at the Appeals Court.

Purpose of the training is the to extend the participants knowledge about the ways of acquiring ownership, the conditions for acquiring ownership in cases of the statute of limitation, obstruction to possession, and the inheritance law.

The methodology applied was of a combined nature, with theoretical presentations and interactive discussions.

The beneficiaries of the training are: Professional associates, legal officers from the Courts - Civil Division.
