Inheritance Law and Property Law

On December 1, 2025, the Academy of Justice, in cooperation with GIZ and within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, conducted the Basic Module training for professional associates and legal officers in the civil field on the topic “Inheritance Law and Property Law.”

The trainers engaged in this session were Mr. Rrustem Thaçi and Mr. Zenel Leku, Judge at the Supreme Court of Kosovo.

The purpose of the training was to enhance the participants’ knowledge in the areas of inheritance law and property law.

A combined methodology was applied, including theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.

The beneficiaries of this training were professional associates and legal officers from all courts of Kosovo (Civil Division), officers from the Free Legal Aid Agency, as well as representatives from NGOs.
