The right to peaceful enjoyment of property - Jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights and Article 1 of Protocol No. 1. of the ECHR

May 2nd 2023, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program is conducting a training on The right to peaceful enjoyment of property - Jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights and Article 1 of Protocol No. 1. of the ECHR.

Trainers engaged in this activity is Mr. Mahir Tutuli, President of the Commercial Court.

Purpose of this Training is to extend the participants knowledge on implementation of the ECtHR standards in the jurisprudence of regular courts in the Republic of Kosovo and harmonizing the judicial practice.

Training methodology is combination of the theoretical outlines and interactive discussions on practical cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are judges of the Special Chamber of the Supreme Court, the Appeals Court, Basic Courts and prosecutors from the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor.
