Objectives :

Identification of challenges to the implementation of the provisions of the Kosovo Family Law and the Law on Child Protection, which are related to the protection of the rights of children without parental care;
Identification of non-unified practices in lower instance courts;
Addressing challenges through the presentation of unified judicial practice, as a conclusion.
